Well Creek Trust Membership If you would like to support the Well Creek Trust with their work then an annual membership is a great way to help. To become a member please download and complete the application form available in either Microsoft Word or PDF format and return the completed form directly to our Treasurer with your payment. In addition if you are a tax payer then please complete the gift aid form as this will enable the Trust to claim the tax back from the Inland Revenue.
