will be held at
Upwell Village Hall, Upwell, Norfolk
on the 3rd February 2023 at 7pm

- To receive apologies for absence.
2. To receive the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 3rd February 2022
3. To receive and consider the Annual Report and the Statement of Accounts for the year
ending 31st Aug 2022.
4. To elect Members to the Trust Council – the retiring members in rotation
5. To appoint the Accountants
6. To transact any other business which is authorised to be transacted at an Annual
General Meeting.
This year’s guest speaker will be Willam P Smith, the region’s local historian, who will be
giving a presentation, entitled “History of the Well Creek”.
Please come and join us and get the latest news on the Well Creek, the committee is
looking forward to meeting you once again, after a very successful year.
