on Wednesday 5th February 2025 at 7pm

- To receive apologies for absence.
- To receive the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 1st February 2024
- To receive and consider the Annual Report and the Statement of Accounts for the year ending 31st Aug 2024.
- To elect Members to the Trust Council – the retiring members in rotation
- To appoint the Accountants
- To transact any other business which is authorised to be transacted at an Annual General Meeting.
Following our usual raffle will be this year’s guest speaker Sofi Lloyd who is the Middle Level Commissioners Environment Officer.
