The dredging and engineering work has been completed. The Middle Level Commissioners did some excellent work landscaping the basin and replaced the Birch tree with several flowering trees including 3 Pink Hawthornes, 1 Crab Apple and 1 Double Pick Cherry tree. They also laid 2 concrete bases for 2 new benches.
