All users of the Creek please be advised that new lock gates are soon to be fitted at Salters Lode by the Middle Level Drain authority. The Creeks committee has been advised that during the fitting of the new gates it will be necssary to lower the level of the Creek. The committee can confirm that the gates have now been delivered to Salters Lode. The Middle Level Drain Authority is looking to fit the gates some time in the first quarter of 2015. We will publish the dates as soon as possible.
